Edwin Gale Waid, formerly of Floyd, died Sept. 19, 2010, in Fredrickburg, Texas.
Edwin was born June 13, 1927, at Floyd to Samual H. and Florence L. Waid. He is survived by a sister, Dorothy Calhoun, three nieces and a nephew.
