Per Phoebe's wishes, her remains have been cremated and no formal serves will be held. Inurnment will be at a later date in the Graceland Cemetery, Webster City. Memorial may be directed to the family in care of her daughter: Shirley Welden, 8128 Indiana Ave., Iowa Falls, IA 50126.

Funeral services were on Monday, February 7, at 10:30 a.m., at the United Methodist Church in Hampton.
