"While the exact cause of the fatality has not been determined, an investigation is underway, and we contacted appropriate governmental agencies. We will take appropriate action consistent with the company's commitment to the health and safety of our employees. Safety is Eaton's number one priority. In 2009 the plant saw one of the lowest injury rates in its history. In the last few years, Belmond's safety performance has exceeded Eaton's stringent standards."
