Gary Bechtel, 56, of Lake Mills, died on Wednesday, August 2, 2006, at his home.

Visitation is planned for Friday, August 4, from 5-8:00 p.m., at the Mittelstadt Funeral Home in Lake Mills. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 5, at 10:30 a.m., at the Salem Lutheran Church in Lake Mills. Burial will be in the Sunnyside Cemetery, Lake Mills.

David Alexander

August 11, 2006

David Alexander, 79, of Clarksville, died on Saturday, August 5, 2006, at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City.

Funeral services were held on Wednesday, August 9, at the Community United Methodist Church in Clarksville. Burial was in the Lynwood Cemetery, Clarksville. The Redman-Schwartz Funeral Home, Clarksville, was in charge of the arrangements.

Aidan Steven Buseman

August 11, 2006

Aidan Steven Buseman, infant son of Justin and Melissa (Brase) Buseman, was stillborn at the University of Iowa Hospital, Iowa City, on Tuesday, August 8.

Graveside services will be held on Saturday, August 12, at 10:30 a.m., at the Dumont Cemetery, with the Rev. James Ackerson officiating. The Kaiser Corson Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Lorraine Ann Schneiderman, 72, of Bristow, died on Monday, August 14, 2006, at her home.

Funeral services were held on Thursday, August 17, at the Dumont Reformed Church. Burial was in the Oak Hill Cemetery, rural Bristow. The Sietsema-Vogel Funeral Home, Dumont, was in charge of the arrangements.

Clara L. Wilson, 93, of Hampton, formerly of Latimer, died on Tuesday, August 22, 2006, at the Franklin General Hospital in Hampton.

Funeral services were held on Thursday, August 24, at 10:30 a.m., at the Immanuel United Church of Christ in Latimer. Burial was in the Marion Township Cemetery in rural Latimer. The Ewing Dugger Helgeson Funeral Home, Latimer, was in charge of the arrangements.
