DEWAYNE EVAN OHRT

LANCASTER, Mo. - DeWayne Evan Ohrt, 72, of Lancaster, Mo., passed away Friday (Aug. 3, 2001) at the Boone Medical Center in Columbia, Mo.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 5, at the Norman Funeral Home in Lancaster, Mo with the Rev. John Hardwick, pastor of the Lancaster Baptist Church officiating. Special taped music selections were "Blue Eyes Crying In The Rain", "Angel Flying Too Close To The Ground" and "I'm Already There." The body will be interred at a later date.

Visitation was held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

Memorials have been established for the DeWayne Ohrt Memorial.

The son of Rohland and Rachel (Connerley) Ohrt, he was born June 19, 1939, in Aplington, Iowa. In 1959, he married Betty Walters and to this union three children were born.

On Sept. 21, 1991, he was united in marriage to Sharon Curnutte. DeWayne's special treasures were members of his family and especially his grandchildren. He was an avid hunter and fisherman.

He is survived by his wife, Sharon; his children, David and his wife, Lisa Ohrt, of Britt, Mrs. Eric (Linda) Howell, of Ventura, Randy and wife, Lezlee Ohrt, of Clear Lake; his stepchildren, Mike and wife Glenda Lee, of Trafalgar, Ind., and Lisa and husband, David Ohrt, of Britt; eleven grandchildren, Ashley Rose Ohrt, Andrea LaVonne Ohrt, Jessica Lee Ohrt, Katlyn Jo Ohrt, Jamie Lynn Howell, Coty Michael Howell, Johnathon Michael Ohrt, Taylor Kathleen Ohrt, Lauren Michele Lee, Joshua Michael Lee and Aaron Michael Lee; one sister, Judith Walls, of Fairchance, Pa.; and three aunts, Audrey Springer, Phyllis Connerley and Donna Connerley.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

CHARLES CITY - Mark E. Usher, 31, of Des Moines, and formerly of 313 Sixth Avenue, Charles City, died Thursday (Aug. 2, 2001) at the Broadlawns Memorial Hospital in Des Moines.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Fullerton Hage Funeral Home, 401 Blunt Street, Charles City with the Rev. Greg Lugn, Pastor, First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ), Charles City, will officiate. Burial will be in the Riverside Cemetery, Charles City.

Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home. Visitation will continue 1 hour prior to services on Tuesday.

MANLY - Evelyn M. Rumbley, 90, of Adel, Iowa, formerly of Manly, died Saturday (August 4, 2001) at the Adel Acres Care Center in Adel.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, August 7, at the Bride Colonial Chapel, 110 Spring Street, Manly, with Rev. Richard Jensen of the United Methodist Church in Northwood officiating. Burial will be in the Manly Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. today at the Bride Colonial Chapel, and will continue one hour prior to service time on Tuesday.

The family requests that memorials be directed to the Bethel United Methodist Church in Manly.

Evelyn Margaret (Everson) Rumbley, the daughter of Ole and Anna (Sanvik) Everson, was born on April 28, 1911, in Silver Lake Township. She attended and graduated from Lake Mills High School. After graduation she helped her family with the boarding house they operated in Lake Mills.

On Sept. 2, 1933, Evelyn was united in marriage with Theodore A. Rumbley at Manchester, Iowa. The couple made their home in Manly, where Ted worked for the Fullerton Lumber Company, and Evelyn kept busy tending to her home and family.

Evelyn always enjoyed her friends and she spent many mornings visiting with them at regular coffee groups. She was also an avid bird watcher. She was a member of the Bethel United Methodist Church in Manly, where she remained active in circle. Evelyn golfed, bowled, and belonged to the Manly Kitchen Band, Manly Birthday Club, Mystery Circle, and Card Club.

Survivors include her son, Nolan Rumbley and his wife, Jan of Clive; two grandchildren, Naomi Zepeda and her husband, Lance of Cedar Rapids, and Jon Rumbley and his wife, Cathy, of Philadelphia, Pa; two great grandchildren, Samuel and Hanna Zepeda, both at home in Cedar Rapids; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Theodore in 1998; six sisters; and two brothers.

BRITT - Bertha A. Foster, 79, of Britt, died Saturday (Aug. 4, 2001) at the Muse Norris Hospice Inpatient Unit, Mason City.

CHARLES CITY - Iva (Mrs. Roland) ''Pinky'' Parson, 84, a former resident of 107 Oliver St., Charles City, died Sunday (Aug. 5, 2001) at the Ninth Street Chautauqua Guest Home, Charles City.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Hauser Funeral Home, 1205 South Main St., Charles City with the Rev. Dennis Niezwaag, of Saint John Evangelical Lutheran Church officiating. Burial will be in Sunnyside Memory Gardens, rural Charles City.

NORTHWOOD - Stella Janette Stehn, 86, of Northwood, died Monday (Aug. 6, 2001) at her home.

Her funeral will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday at First Lutheran Church, with the Rev. Paul Holmer officiating. Burial will be in Sunset Rest Cemetery in Northwood.

ANNA O. JENSEN

LAKE MILLS - Anna O. Jensen, 83, formerly of Mason City, died on Saturday (Aug. 4, 2001) at Sandy's House of Care in Janesville, Minn.

Her funeral will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 11, at Salem Lutheran Lutheran Church in Lake Mills, with the Rev. Roger Dykstra officiating. Interment will be in the Salem Lutheran Cemetery following services.

Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until time of services at the church.

Anna Olivia was born on Dec. 12, 1917, in Winnebago County, Iowa near Lake Mills to Sever and Petrene (Stensrud) Sonderland. She graduated from Lake Mills High School.

On June 25, 1939, she was united in marriage to Fredrick Schwab in Lake Mills. After her first husband's death, Anna married Emanuel Jensen on Dec. 29, 1951. in Mason City.

Anna and Emanuel lived in Mason City for many years before their retirement to West Palm Beach, Fla. After Emanuel's death, Anna moved to Austin, Minn., to live near her daughter, Marilyn Kay Solomonson. Anna moved to Janesville following her daughter's death in November of 2000.

She is survived by her son-in-law, David Solomonson, of Austin, Minn.; by one brother, Stanford Sonderland, of Lake Mills; by one sister, Galean Deines, of Lake Whales, Fla.; by four grandchildren; by seven great-grandchildren; by many other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her two husbands; by her daughter, Marilyn Solomonson; by three brothers, Tom, Ole, and Joe; and by one sister, Sylvia Gunning.

Casketbearers are: Mark Solomonson, Steve Solomonson, Scott Rew, Brice Solomonson, and Tyler Rew.

MARY ANN LUPKES

ACKLEY - Mary Ann Lupkes, 68, of Ackley, died Saturday (July 28, 2001) at Mercy Medical Center-North Iowa in Mason City.

Her funeral was held on Tuesday, July 31, at the Washington Reformed Church in rural Ackley and burial was in the Dumont Cemetery, with the Rev. Jack Ritsma and the Rev. Paul Lupkes officiating.

Sietsema Vogel Funeral Home in Dumont was in charge of arrangements.

Mary Ann was born on Jan. 27, 1933, in Butler County, the daughter of John D. and Henrietta (Muller) Lindaman. She attended grade school at the Crooked School House, went for two years of high school in Aplington, and then graduated from Dumont High School in 1950.

In February of 1950, Mary Ann married Corliss McWilliams at her parents' home in rural Dumont. He preceded her in death on Nov. 17, 1959.

On August 18, 1972, Mary Ann married Merlin J. Lupkes at the Dumont Reformed Church.

Mary Ann was an Avon representative, a bookkeeper at Swift Fertilizer Plant, and was a cook for the Dumont Schools. She was also a homemaker for her family.

She was a member of the Washington Reformed Church in rural Ackley. Mary Ann was a Bible School and Sunday school teacher at the Dumont Reformed Church and at the Washington Reformed Church.

Living family members include her husband, Merlin J. Lupkes, of Ackley; three daughters, Diane (Wendale) Miller, of Dumont, Beverly (James) Warns, of Keller, Texas, and Marilyn (Kevin) Jansma, of Ankeny; four sons, Donald (Anne) McWilliams, of Dumont, Myron (Jayne) Lupkes, of Kensett, Wendall (Renee) Lupkes, of Waterloo, and Justin (Lora) Lupkes, of Eldora; one brother, Dale J. Lindaman, of Dumont; two sisters, Marjorie Laipple and Pauline Kline, both of Cedar Falls; 12 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Mary Ann was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, Corliss; and two sisters, Irene Dohlman and Beulah Hudson.

LARRY D. HAYUNGS

CARTERVILLE, Ill. - Larry D. Hayungs, 61, of 1108 W. Grand Ave. died Saturday (Aug. 4, 2001) at 12:55 a.m. at his home in Carterville.

His funeral will be held at 10 a.m. today at Holy Spirit Catholic Church in Carterville, with Father Edward Linton officiating. Interment will be in East Lawn Cemetery at Energy, Ill.

Visitation was held on Monday at Riggin-Pillatsch Funeral Home in Carterville.

Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Southern Illinois or The American Cancer Fund.

Larry D. Hayungs was born May 2, 1940 in Marble Rock, Iowa, to Claus and Thelma (Ackley) Hayungs.

He honorably served his country in the U.S. Navy from 1956 to 1960.

Larry was united in marriage to Emelie Thome on July 2, 1962 in Garner, Iowa.

Larry was plant manager for 20 years for W.R. Grace Fertilizer Plant in Murphysboro.

He was a member of the Holy Spirit Catholic Church in Carterville.

Larry enjoyed working in his yard, camping with his family and spending time with his grandson, Parker.

He is survived by his wife, Emelie Hayungs, of Carterville, Ill.; son, Capt. Jason Hayungs, USMC,. and his wife, Mandy, stationed in Oceanside, Calif.; son, Jamie Hayungs, of Carterville, Ill., son, Jeffrey Hayungs, of Carterville, Ill.; brother, Roger Hayungs, of Rolfe; sister, Donna Sonquist, of Harlington, Texas; and a grandson, Parker Calvert Hayungs, of Oceanside, Calif.

He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Robert and Ernest Hayungs; and daughter-in-law, Clara Hayungs.

Bertha, the daughter of Jens and Camilla Christianson Jensen was born April 16, 1922, in Britt. She graduated from Britt High School in 1939, and then attended Britt Junior College.

Bertha was united in marriage with Robert Foster on Feb. 21, 1942. The couple resided in the Britt area until Robert was called to serve his country in 1943. Following his discharge from the Army, they moved to a farm near the Upper Flat Church north of Britt where Bertha has since resided.

She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star and the American Legion Auxiliary.

Bertha is survived by four daughters, Judy Crockett, of Ankeny, Janet Johnson and her husband, Leonard, of Des Moines, Jeanne Martin and her husband, John, of Cheyenne, Wyo., and Joan O'Connell and her husband, Harley, of Cedar Falls; 10 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Robert, in 1998; one daughter, Jacqlyn; one great-grandson, John Robert Martin; and one infant brother, Nels.

RUSSELL EVERETT HANSEN

GLEN ALLEN, Va. - Memorial services for Russell Everett Hansen, 61, of Glen Allen, will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Major Erickson Funeral Home, 111 N. Pennsylvania Ave. in Mason City, Iowa, with the Rev. Kenneth Hatland of Trinity Lutheran Church, officiating.Interment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.

There will be no visitation.

Memorials may be given to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Association in his memory.

Russell Everett Hansen, 61, of Glen Allen, Va., died Friday (Aug. 3, 2001) at his home.

He was born in Mason City on April 7, 1940, the son of Everett and Vivian (McMonagle) Hansen. He attended Portland #2 Country School, then attended and graduated from Mason City High School in 1958. He also attended and graduated from the University of Iowa.

He was married to Eletta McDaniel on June 27, 1992. After he retired from the Center for Disease Control in Atlanta, Ga., he established a health care consulting business and at the time of his death was employed by the American Lung Association as a health consultant, and was a member of the Dominion Club.

He is survived by his wife, Eletta McDaniel Hansen, of Glen Allen, Va.; sons, Timothy Andrew Hansen and his wife, Kristy, of Raleigh, N.C. and Mark Christopher Hansen, of Philadelphia, Pa.; his mother, Vivian Hansen, of Mason City; a brother, Dr. Ronald Hansen, of Tucson, Ariz.; a sister, Odette Woodward and her husband, Floyd, of Vancouver, Wash.; several nieces and nephews; aunt and uncle, Cecil McMonagle and his wife, Margaret, of Mason City; aunt, Grace Hansen, of Mason City, and aunt, LaVerna Hansen, of Indianapolis, Ind.

He was preceded in death by his father, Everett G. Hansen in 1969; and a sister, Karen E. Hansen in 1991.

PATRICIA E. LANGFITT

CLARION - Patricia E. Langfitt, the daughter of Harm and Kate Welp Groen, was born Jan. 18, 1941, in Burt. She graduated from Burt High School in 1959 and received her nurse's training while she worked.

On Dec. 17, 1966, she was united in marriage to Melvin Langfitt Sr. in Burt. Patricia worked as a nurse's aid for several years. She was also a homemaker and helped care for people in their homes. Patricia last worked for Unlimited Opportunities in Clarion.

She was a member of the Park Church of Christ in Goldfield. She enjoyed reading and school activities.

Mrs. Langfitt passed away on Tuesday (Aug. 7, 2001) in her home in Clarion at the age of 60.

She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers and one sister.

Survivors include her husband, Melvin Langfitt Sr. of Clarion; five children, Mitchell Langfitt and his wife, Leann, of Primghar, Michelle DeHart and her husband, Michael, of Kanawha, Dana Langfitt and his wife, Kelly, of Clarion, Dawn Kennedy and her husband, Richard, of Vermillion, S.D., and Melvin Langfitt Jr. and his wife, Stacy, of Kanawha; 11 grandchildren; four sisters, Kathleen Pringle and her husband, Gary, Gladys Doege and her husband, Wilbur, Velma Dixon and her husband, Lee, and Betty Gettman and her husband, Jack.

Memorials may be left to the Clarion High School Scholarship Fund.

LLOYD M. POPE

CLEAR LAKE - Lloyd M. Pope, 68, of 8894 Wheelerwood Drive, died Monday (Aug. 6, 2001) at his home.

His funeral will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday at Trinity Lutheran Church, 213 N. Pennsylvania Ave. Interment will be in Lincoln Township Cemetery in rural Clear Lake.

Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. today at Major Erickson Funeral Home, 111 N. Pennsylvania Ave. in Mason City, and one hour before services on Thursday at the church.

Memorials may be given to the Lloyd M. Pope Memorial Fund.

Lloyd was born March 13, 1933, in Rockwell, the son of Frank and Myrna (Wepking) Pope. He graduated from Hanlontown High School in 1951, and entered the service in 1953, serving in the U.S. Army until 1955.

Following his discharge, Lloyd was engaged in farming northwest of Mason City, where he raised Shorthorn Cattle.

He married Donna Niver on June 15, 1962, in Mason City. He semi-retired from farming in 1997.

Lloyd was a member of Farm Bureau, American Legion, former board member of Hanlontown Co-op and a trustee of Lincoln Township.

MASON CITY - Kenneth D. Cook, 65, of 1612 N. Delaware Ave., died Sunday (Aug. 5, 2001) at Mercy Medical Center-North Iowa.

His funeral will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday at the Faith Baptist Church, 1807 S. Kentucky Ave., with Pastor Miles Grismore officiating. Interment will be in Elmwood-St. Joseph Cemetery.

Kenneth was born Dec. 11, 1935, in Plymouth, the son of James C. and Viola (Harris) Cook. He attended the Iowa School for the Deaf for 10 years in Council Bluffs.

He enjoyed woodworking, fishing and playing cards with his friends.

Kenneth was a member of Faith Baptist Church.

He is survived by two brothers, Arnold Cook and his wife, Donna, of Aumsville, Ore., and Delos "Jim" Cook and his wife, Dee, of Mason City; one sister, Darlene Koehler and her husband, Duane, of Cresco; and many nieces and nephews.

LEWIS HENRY FRANZEN

TITONKA - The funeral for Lewis Henry Franzen, 82, will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday at Immanuel Lutheran Church in rural Titonka, with the Rev. Virtus Stoffregen officiating. Interment will be in Immanuel Lutheran Church in rural Titonka.

Lewis Henry Franzen was born Jan. 9, 1919, in rural Winnebago County, son of Ben and Emma (Rode) Franzen. He was baptized and confirmed at Immanuel Lutheran Church near Titonka.

Lewis graduated from Titonka High School in 1937. He married Dolores Black on Nov. 11, 1951, at the Burt United Methodist Church. Lewis farmed the farm where he grew up until his retirement in 1980, when he and his wife moved into Titonka.

Lewis was a lifelong member of Immanuel Lutheran Church. He taught Sunday school for many years and he served on the church council.

His greatest love was his family, spending time with his children and grandchildren.

Lewis H. Franzen died Monday (Aug. 6, 2001) at Muse Norris Hospice Inpatient Unit in Mason City at the age of 82.

He leaves to mourn his passing his wife, Dolores, of Titonka; two sons, Dennis Franzen and his wife, Karla, of Aurora, Mo., and Larry Franzen, of Buffalo Center; one daughter, Emogene Kurtzleben and her husband, John, of Titonka; eight grandchildren, Kristi, Danielle and Rachel Kurtzleben, Kristina and Kimberly Franzen, Kelly, Thomas and MaChelle Stewart; three great-grandchildren, Jordan, Tyler and Alyssa; two sisters, Lorraine Rike, of Titonka, and Mildred Ricklefs, of Titonka; and many nieces and nephews.

LOIS A. CONOVER

DENVER, Colo. - Lois A. Conover, of Denver, Colo., was born April 29, 1925, in Mason City, and died July 29, 2001. She was the daughter of Bess N. and Harry W. Conover, of Mason City, and Tucson, Ariz.; granddaughter of Mary and Fred W. Conover, of Decorah and Elizabeth and Henry Neill, of Aberdeen, S.D.; and cousin of Jean Conover, of Calmar. All are deceased.

Lois will always be remembered by her many good friends in Denver and Arizona.

She graduated from Mason City High School in 1943 and received her bachelor of arts degree from the University of Colorado in Boulder in 1947.

She was employed by Public Service Co. of Colorado, retiring in 1983 as a supervisor of Employment Records and Reports.

A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday at Fairmount Little Ivy Chapel, 430 S. Quebec St. in Denver. Interment is private.

She worked at various jobs in the area including at Midwest Plastics and as a nurses aid at Opportunity Village in Clear Lake.

Donna enjoyed fixing people's hair, camping, cooking out, watching NASCAR racing and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

BRITT - Bertha A. Foster, 79, of Britt, passed away Saturday (Aug. 4, 2001) at the Muse Norris Hospice Inpatient Unit in Mason City.

Bertha, the daughter of Jens and Camilla Christianson Jensen, was born April 16, 1922, in Britt. She graduated from Britt High School in 1939, and then attended Britt Jr. College.

Bertha was united in marriage with Robert Foster on Feb. 21, 1942. The couple resided in the Britt area until Robert was called to serve his country in 1943. Following his discharge from the Army, they moved to a farm near the Upper Flat Church north of Britt, where Bertha has since resided.

She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star and the American Legion Auxiliary.

Bertha is survived by four daughters, Judy Crockett, of Ankeny, Janet Johnson and her husband, Leonard, of Des Moines, Jeanne Martin and her husband, John, of Cheyenne, Wyo., and Joan O'Connell and her husband, Harley, of Cedar Falls; 10 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and one sister, Dorothea Wieland Erickson and her husband, Glenn, of Clear Lake.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Robert, in 1998; one daughter, Jacqlyn; one great-grandson, John Robert Martin; and one infant brother, Nels.

BRITT - Raymond Lloyd Nelson, 88, of Britt, passed away Tuesday (Aug. 7, 2001) at the Westview Care Center in Britt.

Funeral services for Ray Nelson will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday at the United Methodist Church in Britt with Helen R. McLaughlin officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery in Britt. The Britt Ceremonial Unit will conduct full military graveside services.

Ray, the son of Nels P. and Dora J. Rasmussen Nelson, was born March 26, 1913, in Britt where he received his education.

Ray entered the U. S. Army in 1942 and served in England, France and Germany. A master sergeant, Ray received his honorable discharge in January of 1946.

During the war years Ray met Joyce Beasley at her mother's teashop in England. The couple was united in marriage on Oct. 27, 1945, at St. Mary's Butts Cathedral in England.

Ray was employed by Pritchard Auto until 1960. He then was employed as a clerk and mail carrier at the Britt Post Office until 1964 when he became postmaster at the Corwith Post Office. Ray retired in 1982.

Ray enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He was a licensed pilot who loved flying and attending flight events.

Ray was a member of the Britt United Congregational Church where he served as treasurer. He was charter member of the Darius Masonic Lodge #431, and a member of the Lions Club, the Britt Golf Club and Chamber of Commerce.

Ray is survived by four daughters, Ripple and her husband, Keith Van Engen, of Des Moines, Ava Nelson of Palm Harbor, Fla., Lissa and her husband, Michael Honken, of Waukee, and Rita and her husband, Steven Fett, of Wesley; four granddaughters; one great-grandson; and one sister, Ardis Nelson of Britt.

He is preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Joyce, in May of 2001; an infant son, Charles Raymond; two sisters; and two brothers.

KANAWHA- William Davids, 86, of Kanawha, passed away Tuesday (Aug.7, 2001) at his home.

He married Irene Boomgarden on Sept. 19, 1938, in Clarion. They farmed near Kanawha until moving to Belmond in 1964, where they lived until returning to Kanawha in 2000.

Survivors include his wife, Irene; two sons, Roger Davids and his wife, Karen, of Council Bluffs, and Jim Davids and his, wife, Anita, of Des Moines; three daughters, Ramona and her husband, Eugene Harken, of Aplington, Suzanne and her husband, Jack Magness, of Beatrice, Neb. and Doris Swenson and her fiancé, Mark Zirbel, of Ventura; 14 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; two very special people, Marvin and Beverly Boomgarden; five brothers, Bert, Marienus, John, Bob and Dan Davids and one sister, Della Davids.

MARILYN JOY MCNUTT

MINNEAPOLIS - Memorial services for Marilyn Joy McNutt will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday at Lakewood Cemetery Chapel, 3600 Hennepin Ave. South in Minneapolis. Marilyn passed away on Tuesday (Aug. 7, 2001) at Fairview University Medical Center following her second struggle with cancer.

The beloved daughter of Wayne and Evelyn McNutt was born in Spirit Lake, on Aug. 18, 1944. The McNutts made their home on Iowa farms in the Sheldon, Lake Park and St. Ansgar areas.

Marilyn graduated from St. Ansgar High School, Mason City Junior College and Mankato State University. She received her masters degree in education from the University of Minnesota. She taught home economics in Hayfield and Ellendale, Minn., and fashion merchandising at Inver Hills Community College in St. Paul.

Her biggest challenge combined these interests and talents when she pursued her dream of owning a specialty women's clothing store, Just Grand, on Grand Avenue in St. Paul. Shoppers, staff and suppliers appreciated her unique talents and pleasant smiles. Many lasting friendships were formed.

True to her name it was a JOY to share her life. Those especially grateful for this privilege include her mother, Evelyn F. McNutt, of St. Ansgar; sister, Mary Jane Miller and her husband, Charles, of Gilbert, Ariz.; niece, Sarah Hamrock and her husband, Jason, of Chandler, Ariz.; nephew, Michael Miller and his wife, Shari; and great-nephew, Nicholas Wayne Miller, of Polk City; many dear aunts, uncles and cousins as well as a host of loyal friends who stood by her through her fight for life, especially Bruce Iverson, James Garza and Lana Jones.
