Thomas C. Noth, 69, of Cedar Rapids, died on Thursday, February 5, 2009, at his home.

Memorial services will be held at 4:30 p.m., on Thursday, February 12, at the First Presbyterian Church in Marion. Burial will be in the Zion Reformed Church Cemetery, rural Sheffield. Funeral arrangements are by the Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home.

Richard "Dick" A. Wearda

Richard "Dick" A. Wearda, 89, of Hampton, Iowa, passed away on Wednesday, February 18, 2009, at the Franklin General Hospital Nursing Facility in Hampton.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 22, from 2-5:00 p.m., at the Sietsema-Vogel Funeral Home in Hampton. Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m., on Monday, February 23, at the Trinity Lutheran Church in Hampton, with burial in the Hampton Cemetery.

Marvin D. Jaacks, 76, of Alexander, died on Wednesday, February 18, 2009, at the Belmond Care Center.

Funeral services were held on Friday, February 20, at the Alexander United Methodist Church. Burial was in the Alexander Cemetery. The Andrews Funeral Home, Belmond, was in charge of the arrangements.

Leonard Meyer, 94, of Latimer, died on Tuesday, February 24, 2009, at the Sheffield Care Center.

Visitation was on Thursday, February 26, from 5-7:00 p.m., at the Retz-Grarup Funeral Home, Sheffield. Funeral services were held on Friday, February 27, at 1:30 p.m., at the Immanuel United Church of Christ in Latimer. Burial was in the Marion Township Cemetery, Latimer.

Jerald "Jerry" Rodamaker, 65, of Hampton and formerly of Iowa Falls, died on Wednesday, February 25, 2009, at the Hampton Health Care Center.

A Scripture Service will be held on Friday, February 27, at the Linn's Funeral Home Iowa Falls Chapel, at 5:00 p.m., followed by a time of visitation until 7:00 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, February 28, at 10:00 a.m., at the St. Mark's Catholic Church in Iowa Falls. Burial will be in the Northlawn Memory Gardens Cemetery, Iowa Falls.

Sheila A. Witte, 63, of Hampton, died on Friday, February 27, 2009, at the Muse Norris Hospice Inpatient Unit in Mason City.

Visitation is planned for Monday, March 2, from 4-8:00 p.m., at the Sietsema-Vogel Funeral Home in Hampton. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, March 3, at 10:30 a.m., at the First Congregational United Church of Christ in Hampton.
