Maurice "Morey" Duane Boor, 84, of Deer River, Minnesota, and formerly of Iowa Falls, Iowa, passed away Wednesday, October 13, 2010 at Deer River, Minnesota.

Memorial services for Morey Boor will be 2:00 pm Saturday, October 23rd at the First United Methodist Church, 619 Main Street, Iowa Falls, Iowa. A time of visitation will be one hour before services at the church. The Linn's Funeral Home, Iowa Falls, Iowa is assisting the family with arrangements.

Robert Samuel Burkle

Robert Samuel Burkle, age 91 of Big Spring, Texas, passed away on Monday October 18, 2010, in Scenic Mountain Medical Center, Big Spring, TX.

A memorial service is pending. Mr. Burkle donated his body to science at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock, TX. They will use his body for scientific research and education in the medical fields after which he will be cremated and interred in St. Peters Cemetery, at St. Peters U.C.C. church near Geneva, Iowa.
