Mark Eckhardt, 53, of Mason City, died on Tuesday, March 1, 2005, at the Muse Norris Hospice Inpatient Unit, Mason City.

Visitation is planned for one hour prior to the funeral service at the church. Funeral services will be held on Friday, March 4, at 11:00 a.m., at the Grace United Methodist Church, Mason City. Burial will be in the Hillside Cemetery at Sheffield. The Hogan Bremer Moore Colonial Chapel is in charge of the arrangements.

Genevieve Opal Heins, 94, of Riceville, formerly of Hampton, died on Tuesday, March 1, 2005, at the Riceville Community Rest Home in Riceville.

Visitation is planned for Thursday, March 3, from 3-7:00 p.m., at the Lindstrom Funeral Home, Riceville and one hour prior to the services. Funeral services will be held on Friday, March 4, at the St. Peter's Lutheran Church, Riceville.  Burial will be in the Riverside Cemetery, Riceville.

Visitation is planned for Tuesday, March 8, from 4-8:00 p.m., at the Trinity Reformed Church in Allison. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, March 9, at 1:30 p.m., in the Allison-Bristow gymnasium in Allison.  Burial will be in the Allison Cemetery.
