Richard "Dick" Vogel, 95, of Marshalltown, formerly of Hampton and Dumont, died on Sunday, September 14, 2003, at the Villa del Sol Health Center in Marshalltown.

Visitation is planned for Wednesday, September 17, from 12-1:00 p.m., at the Pursel-Davis Funeral Home and Crematory in Marshalltown. A second visitation will be held on Wednesday, from 4-7:00 p.m., at the Sietsema-Vogel Funeral Home in Hampton. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, September 18, at 11:00 a.m., at the Hampton United Methodist Church. Burial will be in the Dumont Cemetery.

Bernard Gutting, 78, of Geneva, died on Monday, September 15, 2003, at the St. Vincent's Hospital, Green Bay, Wisconsin.

Visitation is planned for Thursday, September 18, from 4-7:00 p.m., at the Sietsema-Vogel Funeral Home, Hampton, with a scripture service at 7:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Friday, September 19, at 10:30 a.m., at the St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Hampton.
